SRP54

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP54-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H12, RNA5SP146, and GEMIN2P2. Each is linked with SRP54 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP54-to-partner and partner-to-SRP54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H12 grouped by SRP54-low versus SRP54-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP54→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
