Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRP19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRP19 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SRP19 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRP19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, BRCA, and ACC are the cancer types where SRP19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
