SRP19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS2, BNIP3P41, and NOL12. Each is linked with SRP19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP19-to-partner and partner-to-SRP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGI2-AS2 grouped by SRP19-low versus SRP19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
