Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRP14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRP14 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SRP14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, GBM, and PRAD are the cancer types where SRP14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
