Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,984 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP9, DNAJC17, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with SRP14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP14-to-partner and partner-to-SRP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP14 versus SRP9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
