Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, SNRPGP17, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with SRP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP14-to-partner and partner-to-SRP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP286 grouped by SRP14-low versus SRP14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
