Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP14 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells and pDC. Each is linked with SRP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP14-to-partner and partner-to-SRP14 results are reported.
