Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,409 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRP14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Circadian sleep/wake cycle, and Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway. Each is linked with SRP14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP14-to-partner and partner-to-SRP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by SRP14-low versus SRP14-high in OVARY.
