Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,422 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRMP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, Regulation of chromosome organization, and Protein localization to cytoskeleton. Each is linked with SRMP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRMP3-to-partner and partner-to-SRMP3 results are reported.
