SRMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,567 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNTTIP1, PPP4R3A, and PYCARD. Each is linked with SRMP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRMP2-to-partner and partner-to-SRMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRMP2 versus DNTTIP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
