SRM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,230 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPG, HEATR1, and PRIM2. Each is linked with SRM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRM-to-partner and partner-to-SRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRM versus NCAPG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
