SRM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,512 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are DFFA, MRTO4, and ATAD3A. Each is linked with SRM in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRM-to-partner and partner-to-SRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRM versus DFFA in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
