SRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA6, SNRPD3, and RTCB. Each is linked with SRL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRL-to-partner and partner-to-SRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
