SRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56B1, OR6C70, and OR56A5. Each is linked with SRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRL-to-partner and partner-to-SRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
