Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRI Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRI data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SRI Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRI expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where SRI Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
