SRI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,842 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CKAP4_S26, PPP1R9A, and ARMC10. Each is linked with SRI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRI-to-partner and partner-to-SRI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRI versus CKAP4_S26 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
