Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,836 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRI-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRI-AS1, TP53TG1, and ZNF862. Each is linked with SRI in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRI-to-partner and partner-to-SRI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRI versus SRI-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
