Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,584 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRI-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3Y2, DEFA9P, and MIR6833. Each is linked with SRI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRI-to-partner and partner-to-SRI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3Y2 grouped by SRI-low versus SRI-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
