Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRI mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRI-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR. Each is linked with SRI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRI-to-partner and partner-to-SRI results are reported.
