SRI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRI RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,025 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRI-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTPBP10, ARPC1A, and CROT. Each is linked with SRI in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRI-to-partner and partner-to-SRI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRI versus GTPBP10 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
