Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,977 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, PLEKHO2, and PLEKHO2_T311. Each is linked with SRGN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGN-to-partner and partner-to-SRGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRGN versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
