Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,550 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR1, AQP9, and IL18RAP. Each is linked with SRGN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGN-to-partner and partner-to-SRGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRGN versus FPR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
