Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1301P, RNU6-441P, and RNU6-73P. Each is linked with SRGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGN-to-partner and partner-to-SRGN results are reported.
