Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,734 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRGN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, and Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity. Each is linked with SRGN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGN-to-partner and partner-to-SRGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading grouped by SRGN-low versus SRGN-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
