The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SRGAP2C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRGAP2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where SRGAP2C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
