Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRGAP2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRGAP2B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher SRGAP2B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRGAP2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where SRGAP2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
