SRGAP2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,931 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGF2R, DYNC1H1, and HELZ. Each is linked with SRGAP2B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2B-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
