SRGAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,567 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, TOR1A, and MAP1S. Each is linked with SRGAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRGAP2 versus CEP170 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
