Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,001 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRGAP2C, ALPK2, and CTHRC1. Each is linked with SRGAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRGAP2 versus SRGAP2C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
