SRGAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,456 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, VCPKMT, and SNW1. Each is linked with SRGAP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 grouped by SRGAP2-low versus SRGAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
