Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRGAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,091 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRGAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration, Positive regulation of neuron migration, and Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion. Each is linked with SRGAP2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration grouped by SRGAP2-low versus SRGAP2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
