SRGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Cyclin-B1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with SRGAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
