SRFBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRFBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRFBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPM1, HSPA4, and PHAX. Each is linked with SRFBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SRFBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRFBP1 versus NPM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRFBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRFBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
