Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRFBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,426 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRFBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Positive regulation of rRNA processing, and Mitotic recombination. Each is linked with SRFBP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SRFBP1 results are reported.
