SREK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SREK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,022 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SREK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKMT2-AS1, C14orf93, and CCNB1IP1. Each is linked with SREK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SREK1-to-partner and partner-to-SREK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SREK1 versus CKMT2-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SREK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SREK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
