Across TCGA cell cohorts, SREBF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,701 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SREBF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Secondary alcohol biosynthetic process, Zymosterol metabolic process, and Zymosterol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SREBF2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SREBF2-to-partner and partner-to-SREBF2 results are reported.
