SRD5A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRD5A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,722 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM165, RBM47, and ARFIP1. Each is linked with SRD5A3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A3-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRD5A3 versus TMEM165 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRD5A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRD5A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
