Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRD5A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,212 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dolichyl monophosphate biosynthetic process, Dolichol-linked oligosaccharide biosynthetic process, and Androgen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SRD5A3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A3-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A3 results are reported.
