SRD5A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRD5A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 999 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPB8, BCAR3, and GPRC5C. Each is linked with SRD5A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A2-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRD5A2 versus HSPB8 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRD5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRD5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
