SRD5A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRD5A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,446 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, TRIP13, and NSUN2_S456. Each is linked with SRD5A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A1-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRD5A1 versus NSUN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRD5A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRD5A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
