SRD5A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRD5A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,407 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RY1, KDELR2, and LRRTM2. Each is linked with SRD5A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A1-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRD5A1 versus P2RY1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRD5A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRD5A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
