SRD5A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRD5A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1308P, SC4MOP, and TBRG1. Each is linked with SRD5A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A1-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1308P grouped by SRD5A1-low versus SRD5A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRD5A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRD5A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
