SRD5A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRD5A1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, MEP, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with SRD5A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A1-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by SRD5A1-low versus SRD5A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRD5A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRD5A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
