Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRD5A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,759 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRD5A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to serotonin, Cellular response to serotonin, and Thalamus development. Each is linked with SRD5A1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRD5A1-to-partner and partner-to-SRD5A1 results are reported.
