SRCIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRCIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,985 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, OR13C4, and SYT12. Each is linked with SRCIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SRCIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by SRCIN1-low versus SRCIN1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRCIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRCIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
