SRCIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRCIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,720 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, TEX22, and CCDC80. Each is linked with SRCIN1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SRCIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRCIN1 versus FN1 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRCIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRCIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
