SRCAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRCAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,304 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF20, EP300, and ZC3H7B. Each is linked with SRCAP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCAP-to-partner and partner-to-SRCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRCAP versus TCF20 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
