SRCAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRCAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,514 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOD1L1_S2203, BOD1L1_S3029, and LARP4B_S664. Each is linked with SRCAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCAP-to-partner and partner-to-SRCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRCAP versus BOD1L1_S2203 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
