SRCAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRCAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,395 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLXNC1, FLI1, and ZEB2. Each is linked with SRCAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCAP-to-partner and partner-to-SRCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRCAP versus PLXNC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
