SRCAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRCAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRCAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with SRCAP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRCAP-to-partner and partner-to-SRCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SRCAP-low versus SRCAP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
